All textures will be emailed via a third party file transfer site. Make sure you add transferbigfiles.com to your safe list in your email inbox.

All files will be available as a zip (compressed) folder for easier management. You can unzip straight to your content folder or manually insert the folders where specified.

Downloads will be available for the standard seven days at four attempts. If you require the download to be reset, you must email us with a copy of your invoice and payment along with the date of the actual purchase. To leave any of these things out of the email will only delay our resend of the file(s).

Shipping isn't available since our files are only available in the download status. Burning the files to CD or DVD just isn't cost effective and would cause unnecessary delays in the processing of your order. So please don't ask us to mail you a copy of the file via snail mail. It won't happen.

Returns, as discussed on our Conditions of Use Page, are unavailable. However, depending on each circumstance, we are able to review each situation to find a solution.
